Brief overview of program: This program is designed to provide the skills required for careers in the marine trades (boating) and marine fisheries industries. The program has two options: Marine Trades - Focuses on the boating industry and will concentrate on electrical, instrumentation, propulsion, and other marine systems. Marine Fisheries - Focuses on fisheries resources and fisheries technology. This is a new program begininig in Fall 2007.

Students in this program will be prpepared to enter various boating and marine trade positions, including but not limited to marine technician, mechanic, fisheries technicians, and fishing observer.
